Realizing the importance of human resources performance, the next phase of Human Capital strategy was created that encompasses comprehensive competency development ranging from creating challenging career paths to competitive compensation and benefits, to attract high achievers.

For HPI-Agro, commitment to human resource development is a vital component for the growth of the organization. The human resources development program includes raising the level of human resources knowledge, skills and employee attitudes in line with the  requirements of their positions, within the framework of HPI-Agro’s core values and work culture. This philosophy gave rise to the formation of a Training Center, which became the center for the integrated development of human resources.
